One badge per faction, all four delivered by mail

The badges are accessories, not quest tokens, and every one of them follows the same unlock path: finish the Treaty Port repair, invite that faction to move in, then work its own commission list until that faction's reputation hits reputation level 5. The badge is posted to you and lands in your mailbox the following day.

That means all four are obtainable in a single save, and none of them competes with another faction's progress — reputation is tracked per faction. The only real cost is that faction commissions eat large stacks of materials.

Note the unit mismatch in the sources. The Chinese wiki's faction page states the invitation gate as 20 reputation points and the completion emblem as 100 reputation, while the four badge pages state the badge gate as reputation level 5. No source we checked gives the points-per-level conversion, so treat points and levels as two separate scales the wiki uses in different places rather than assuming level 5 equals any particular point total.

Which two are worth rushing

The Island Badge is the strongest quality-of-life item in the fishing loop. Halving the bite wait roughly doubles how many casts fit into a day, and the 5 stamina refunded on an escape turns a failed catch from a double loss into a much cheaper one. If you are running the fish-price money route, this is the badge to chase first.

The Vulture Badge is the survival pick. The 1 HP shield on fatal damage is a full death save, and it stacks with the longer invincibility window to make the Old City Ruins substantially less punishing than they are bare. It is the only badge that changes whether a run ends.

The Mountains Badge's 15% instant break is real but modest — it is a throughput bonus on mining and logging, not a new capability. The Sky Badge is the traversal pick: base movement speed plus immunity to the slowdown from weeds, wild thorns and shallow puddles, which matters most if you spend a lot of time crossing overgrown back-mountain terrain on foot.

How the English and Chinese wikis differ here

Both wikis document all four badges and agree on every effect in kind. The Chinese pages add the measured numbers the English pages omit: bite interval halved, 5 stamina refunded, 15% instant-break chance. Where only one source carries a number, the table below says so.

One source disagreement is worth recording rather than resolving. The English wiki lists the Sky Badge's source as a gift from Kenenimuu, while the other three are listed as coming from the faction itself. The Chinese page for the same badge describes it as the Skychild tribe's faction reward on the same reputation-level-5 track as the others. Both readings end with Kenenimuu, since Kenenimuu is that faction's representative, but the English wiki's phrasing is the odd one out.

The four faction badges

Measured percentages and stamina figures come from the Chinese wiki. The English wiki confirms the effects in words but gives no numbers.
