    Start near Alchemy’s place rather than the market or train platform.

    Take the route that continues left and climbs into the back-mountain area.

  3. 03

    Keep moving upward toward the summit instead of following the lower path back into town.

  4. 04

    Use dash-jump or your flight-style movement ability for the last climb. The statue is on the mountaintop.

If you cannot reach it

The festival can surface the objective before every player remembers the movement requirement. If the ledge is clearly out of range, the statue is not bugged: continue the main quest until your movement kit includes the needed aerial reach, then return.
